How plans and seats work.
How does pricing work?
Plans are billed monthly. Each plan includes a number of users, and additional technician seats are charged at the same per-technician price as your plan. Final public prices are being confirmed; start a free trial or contact us for current pricing.
How do additional technician seats work?
Your Dealer Admin can buy additional seats during a paid subscription. A seat is activated only after the payment is verified on our servers. Seats added mid-cycle are prorated for the actual time remaining, and the next billing cycle includes the full recurring amount.
What happens if a technician leaves?
Deactivating a technician frees their seat for someone else. It does not reduce the number of seats you have purchased or trigger a refund. If you want fewer seats, the reduction takes effect from the next billing cycle.
Which payment methods can we use?
Payments run through a hosted checkout from our payment provider. Card and bank details are entered on the provider's page and never reach Marine Apps.
