When the 14 days end
Nothing is lost, and nothing is charged.
- Your inspections, Work Orders, customers, boats and reports stay available to view.
- New operational changes, such as starting inspections or editing Work Orders, are paused until you upgrade.
- No paid subscription is created automatically, and nothing is charged.
- Your Dealer Admin can still sign in, open Billing and choose a plan.
- Trial expiry never deletes or hides your dealership's data.

How long is the free trial?
14 days. The trial starts when your dealership onboarding is completed, not when you first visit the website.
How many users are included in the trial?
1 Dealer Admin, 1 Manager or Service Writer, and 2 Technicians. The team size is fixed during the trial.
Do I need to enter payment details?
No. You do not need a card or any payment details to start the trial, and no paid subscription is created automatically when it ends.
Which modules are included?
Both MarineInspect and MarineService, on the desktop portal and the mobile app. AI-assisted document capture is not part of the free trial; it is available on paid plans that include AI.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your dealership becomes read-only. Your inspections, Work Orders, customers, boats and reports stay available to view, but new operational changes are paused until you upgrade. Your data is never deleted or hidden because a trial ended.
Can I still sign in after the trial?
Yes. Everyone can still sign in and view records, and your Dealer Admin can open Billing to choose a plan at any time.
How do I upgrade?
Your Dealer Admin opens Billing in the desktop portal, chooses a plan and the number of users, and pays through a hosted checkout. The subscription activates once the payment is verified.
Can I add more technicians during the trial?
Not during the trial. After you upgrade to a paid plan, your Dealer Admin can buy additional technician seats at any time. Mid-cycle additions are prorated for the time remaining in the billing period.
Can my dealership start a second trial?
No. Each dealership has one free trial. Only the Marine Apps team can extend a trial, and every extension is recorded.
